Thank you for sharing, Nathan! As a Portuguese girl, I remember when I started to realize how privileged I was to have been raised in Portugal. Unfortunately, I don't think most Portuguese people realize how lucky they are to still have fresh, seasonal food so easily available.
My mother cultivates her garden daily, and I feel truly blessed to eat such incredible ingredients. Having worked in the food industry for quite some time, I appreciate it even more! ❤️
